BiographyMark Durcan is Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Research and Development for Micron Technology, Inc. Mr. Durcan joined Micron in 1984 as a Diffusion Engineer and has since held a series of increasingly responsible positions including Process Integration Engineer, Process Integration Manager, and Process Development Manager. He was appointed to his current position in June 1996. Mr. Durcan graduated from Rice University in 1984 with a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering and a master’s degree in chemical engineering. |
