J. Byron McCormick
With fuel cell initiatives in the United States, Europe and Asia, GM is considered an industry leader in fuel cell technology, and McCormick’s team is diligently working toward a goal to be the first automaker to sell 1 million fuel cell vehicles. McCormick has contributed to the development of alternative fuel sources since leading the electronics division at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the 1970s. He is very active in promoting a hydrogen economy with local, state and national agencies and has provided testimony for Congressional and Senate committees. |
