Computers
in Physics was published from 1987 until the end of 1998. At the
beginning of 1999 CIP was merged with IEEE Computational
Science & Engineering to create the bimonthly magazine Computing in Science and
Engineering. Computing in Science and Engineering is
a joint publication of the American Institute of Physics and IEEE
Computer Society; subscriptions are available through AIP's secure online order form.
These Web pages contain legacy CIP materials which require no subscription. They include an index
to all 12 volumes, source-code listings, historical information on the
CIP annual educational software contest, and representative articles
in portable document format.
