New MRI Breast Biopsy

With Vacuum-Assisted Technique, Radiologists Need Fewer Tissue Samples

A new biopsy method reduces the number of biopsies that need to be taken by taking larger tissue samples, faster. In the MRI technique, called Automated Tissue Excision and Collection system, radiologists use a vacuum-assisted needle.
