What makes a good DBIS story?

If you can answer “yes” to at least 3 of these questions, please consider sending us the idea or link for consideration.

  1. Are the researchers featured located in the contiguous USA?
  2. Does the research impact the majority of the public (not just scientists)?
  3. Does the research have a consumer benefit (what’s in it for me?)
  4. Does the research affect people across the country?
  5. Will the result of this research (technology or product) be available or will the general public come in contact with it within a year?
  6. Does the research have something that we can see or show?
