Computer Engineers Create Software to Make Checking On Your Laundry Easier

College students could soon know if the washing machines in their building are available, or when their laundry is done, just by logging on from their computers. Computer engineers have designed computer software to connect to a dormitory's laundry facilities, managing the electronics inside the washer and dryer remotely instead of by the buttons on the machine.
