Suggested Format for EPAPS Deposit README Files
Background
Each EPAPS deposit requires a README.TXT file, provided by the authors, that
supplies users with basic information about the content and use of the deposit.
This file must be named README.TXT. The file should be prepared in ASCII text
and provided with the actual materials to be deposited. The following suggested
format is provided to show the minimum information suggested for inclusion.
Authors may provide more detailed information at their discretion.
