Suggested Format for Supplemental Material README Files

Background

Authors may wish to submit a README.TXT file that supplies users with basic information about the content and use of the deposit. This file must be named README.TXT. The file should be prepared in ASCII text and provided with the actual materials to be deposited. The following suggested format is provided to show the information suggested for inclusion. Authors may provide more detailed information at their discretion.

File Names: [including README.TXT, plus all other file names]
File Types: [use file extensions; see information at http://www.aip.org/epaps/fileguide.html]
Special Instructions: [if any]
