February 5 - February 6: House Democratic retreat
February 16 - February 20: Presidents' Day recess
April 6 - April 17: Spring recess
May 25 - May 29: Memorial Day recess
June 29 - July 3: Fourth of July recess
August 3 - September 7: House August recess
August 10 - September 7: Senate August recess
September 18: Rosh Hashana begins
September 28: Yom Kippur
October 12: Columbus Day
October 30: House target adjournment date (Senate date uncertain)
FY 2010 Budget Cycle:
February 2: Obama Administration sends placeholder budget to Congress
Mid to Late February: Administration scheduled to release a budget outline
April: Administration scheduled to release detailed budget plan
October 1: Start of FY 2010
