Historical Note
The International Radiation Physics Society (IRPS) was founded in 1985 to promote the global exchange of scientific information pertaining to radiation physics, including experimental research and education in radiation physics. The IRPS publishes a semi-annual newsletter and sponsors international symposia, such as the International Symposium on Radiation Physics (ISRP).
