To qualify:
- Employee must have six months of employment.
- Undergraduate degree must be job related.
- Second undergraduate or advanced degree must be job related.
- Tuition Assistance must have Management and H.R. approval.
- Employee must complete course with grade of "B" or better.
Tuition assistance must be reimbursed if the employee:
- Does not satisfactorily complete the course within 3 months of its ending date,
- Leaves AIP before completing the course, or
- Leaves AIP within a year of completing the course.
- If an employee receives a grade of “C”, 25% of the assistance given must be reimbursed to AIP.
