During the course of his career he has collaborated with numerous industrial laboratories and is presently engaged with Total (the French petroleum company), Alcon (a leader in eye care products), Amgen (a producer of therapeutics using advanced methods in biotechnology), and LAM Research (a manufacturer of semiconductor processing equipment). |
Gerald Fuller is the Fletcher-Jones Professor of Chemical Engineering at Stanford University. His early contributions in research centered on applications of methods in optical rheometry to interrogate the microstructure of complex fluids. His present research investigates the rheology of complex, fluid interfaces and the dynamics of biological materials.
