• AMSIS users can access information about accepted manuscripts only. Information on manuscripts still in the review process is not available through this service. Contact the appropriate Journal Office for information about manuscripts under review.

 
• AMSIS covers manuscripts from a certain set of journals. A list of the journals participating in this service is available here.

 
• Visit the Search Instructions for detailed information on completing a search in AMSIS. Please remember to enter the last name of one of the first three authors of the manuscript, along with either the manuscript number (assigned by the Editor's Office) or the AIP identification number (assigned by AIP Production). When accessing AMSIS, you are encouraged to use your AIP ID number because of its structured format (i.e., six digits + three letters).

Visit Journal Production Contacts to find the e-mail address and phone number of the AIP Production Editor in charge of the journal. At the Journal Production Contacts' page, use the handy e-mail form to send a message by clicking on the appropriate journal's e-mail address.

To Send Updates About Your Contact Information to AIP:

Click on Update Contact Information to send an e-mail message to the AMSIS Administrator with updates about your mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, or fax number.
