Gravity Imprint of Sumatra Earthquake

A map of the difference of gravity measurements made by the GRACE satellite before and after the deadly Sumatra-Andaman earthquake/tsunami that occurred in December 2004. The sharp contrast (red and blue) marks the site of the seismic event.
