Karen has written and produced Science Report since the Spring of 1994. She earned a B.A. in
physics and English from Amherst College in 1991 and went on to graduate school in Science Writing at
the University of California, Santa Cruz. |
| Karin Heineman |
Karin does everything from transcribing interviews to handling expenses to drawing the CD artwork.
She has worked for AIP since the winter of 1993 and is currently enrolled at the University of MD working
towards her B.A. in graphic art. |
| Maggie Villiger |
Maggie was the Science Report intern during the summer of 1997. She recently graduated from
Amherst College with a B.A. in neuroscience. She wrote a number of stories on this site, and is planning
to continue a career in science communication in Boston. |
| Science Report is produced using SAW software and TheEdditor software. Studio
recording is done at Multitape in Bethesda, MD. CD production is done by Oasis in Flint Hill,
VA. |
