Purpose
To amend the America COMPETES Act to reauthorize the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy (ARPA-E), and for other purposes.
Summary of Selected Provisions
- Directs ARPA–E to maintain the confidentiality of propriety information received from awardees
- Authorizes increased funding for ARPA–E, rising to over $390 million by 2022
