Rheology Bulletin February 1942

In 2013, the Society of Rheology funded a project to digitize the complete run of its newsletter, the Rheology Bulletin. The Rheology Bulletin launched as the Rheology Leaflet in 1937, and has operated under its current name since 1941. It features general news items and articles of interest to rheologists, book reviews, letters, and abstracts of all papers presented at Society of Rheology meetings.

The Rheology Bulletins are part of the Society of Rheology miscellaneous publications collection . This collection includes publications printed by the society for their members and can include membership directories, brochures, meeting programs, and newsletters. We have a miscellaneous publications collection for all of our member societies and AIP divisions, which you can find by searching our finding aids .

The bulletins were sent to an outside vendor for creating archival quality scans saved as TIF and JPEG files. The images were then converted into PDFs for viewing on the web and have recently been added to the collection’s finding aid.

For more information about this or other projects, please email us .
