Brief Biography: Jill Straniero, CAE, is currently enjoying bringing her past experience together into one position as the Digital Collaboration Manager at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). She explores, implements, and manages various online platforms for members, volunteers, and staff to communicate and conduct business. Prior to joining ASHA 7 years ago, Jill worked for companies that create engagement platforms, custom applications, and website strategies. She worked with clients to assess their design, development, and strategy needs and worked with project managers to oversee project/product development, timelines, and budgets.  The beginning of her career was spent working for an association management company where she worked in all facets of association management including membership, marketing, communications, and meetings.  She reported directly to the board of directors for 5 organizations and served as the executive director for one of those associations. Jill lives a chaotic life in Darnestown, MD with her husband and 5 children.
