Final Outcome: FY 2012 Appropriations

The FY 2012 appropriations cycle concluded on December 23 when President Barack Obama signed into law the second of two large appropriations measures. The two measures combined all of the FY 2012 appropriations bills.

Funding constraints restricted increases in program budgets. The following is a compilation of percentage changes in budgets between FY 2011 appropriations levels and the FY 2012 outcome. Additional information on the original budget request and the final appropriations can be found here .
