Twice a year, thousands of pronghorn antelope make 170-mile-long migrations across Wyoming’s rugged landscape. But making these migrations means running a gauntlet of country roads and busy highways. There was a time when hundreds of migrating pronghorn died crossing roads each year, but that number has plummeted thanks to an ambitious project by Wyoming Department of Transportation.
