AIP recently released the 2017 data on physical science graduate departments with the newly redesigned GradSchoolShopper.com! As always, students will find up-to-date, comparative information on graduate programs in the United States; however, users now have the ability to save their favorites and compare their schools of interest on their own personal GSS accounts. Additionally, the site now has a responsive web design so the data is clearly displayed on a laptop or mobile device.
GSS continues to feature the profiles of several hundred graduate programs, with information on degrees offered, housing, degree requirements, department and faculty research specialties, department culture, special equipment, facilities, or programs, notable alumni, and other resources. If a student still desires to peruse a physical copy of the directory, they can request one for free on the website. The 2017 edition of the print companion resource to GSS will ship soon.
