Of those studying engineering, 14% were TAs, 52% were RAs, 34% were supported by fellowships or scholarships. Of those studying other fields, 43% were TAs, 25% were RAs, 29% were supported by fellowships or scholarships, and 3% were self-funded. Self-funded includes family assistance, loans, and wages. Other fields does not include profession degree fields such as law and medicine.
