- Cobalt - A metal that is frequently mined for use in traditional lithium-ion batteries. Originating from the German word for ‘evil spirit,’ Colbalt was once thought to be poisonous.
- Madder Plant - A plant that has been used as a dye for more than 5,000 years. Madder plant was even found in King Tut’s tomb from 1350 BC.
