This report examines the educational and career paths pursed by physics bachelors in the winter following the academic year in which they received their degree. It looks at the differences in career paths pursed by type of department attended. The report also describes the different graduate study fields they enroll in and the types of financial support they receive. The data in this report is from AIP’s follow-up survey of physics bachelor’s in the classes of 2011 and 2012.
